Escape to a beautifully designed home with a private pool, lush tropical surroundings, and elegant spaces made for unwinding. Sip your morning coffee, sway in the hammock, and spend sun-filled afternoons beside the water. From striking interiors to peaceful outdoor moments, every stay invites you to slow down, reconnect, and indulge in a little everyday luxury.

Arrival & departure

Check-in after 4:00 PM · Checkout before 10:00 AM · Self check-in with smart lock.

Parking

A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed. All vehicles must use the designated parking area on the property. Do not park on the street or on neighboring properties. A $100 fee applies for violating this rule.

Pets

Please pick up all pet waste promptly. Complimentary waste bags are provided at the property for your convenience. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in an additional $100 fee.

TV & streaming

Turn on the TV with the remote and sign in to your preferred streaming service. Please sign out before departure.

Trash

Place all bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins behind the property. To reach them, use the white gate in the backyard, to the left of the pool. Do not leave loose trash or bags outside the bins.

Laundry

The laundry is in the storage room to the right of the pool, equipped with a bathroom, shower, and recovery equipment. Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean the dryer lint filter after every cycle.

House rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. No parties, unauthorized guests, or loud music. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

What is provided in the home

Please use these items with care and return them to their assigned location before checkout. Before leaving, please gather all used sheets and towels and place them together on the floor of each bedroom or bathroom where they were used. This helps our team prepare the home efficiently for the next guests.

Towels & bathrooms

  • 16 white bath towels (27 × 50 in): 4 in the primary queen bedroom, 4 in the second queen bedroom, and 8 in the third bedroom with bunk beds.
  • 8 white striped beach towels in the primary queen bedroom.
  • 6 white medium towels: 3 in each bathroom.
  • 2 white bath mats: 1 in each bathroom.
  • Each bathroom includes a first-aid kit and a hair dryer.

Bedrooms & linens

  • Primary queen bedroom: mattress protector, white fitted sheet, white flat sheet, white bedspread, 2 queen pillows, ironing board, iron, and electronic safe.
  • Second queen bedroom: mattress protector, white fitted sheet, white flat sheet, white bedspread, and 2 queen pillows.
  • Third bedroom: 2 bunk beds with 4 queen beds total. Each bed includes a mattress protector, white fitted sheet, white flat sheet, and 2 queen pillows.

Beach equipment

  • The property includes 2 beach chairs, 2 folding chairs, 2 egg chairs, and one sofa.

Games & entertainment

  • Board and card games: Monopoly, Jenga, and UNO.
  • Jumbo 4-to-Score giant game with 42 rings.

Damage to or loss of any item will result in additional charges.

How to use

  1. Place food in a microwave-safe dish and close the door.
  2. Enter the cooking time or select a preset, then press Start.
  3. Press Stop/Cancel before opening if you need to end a cycle early.

Use microwave-safe dishes only. The container and food may be hot; use care when removing them.

How to use

  1. Place a pan on the burner you want to use.
  2. Push in the matching knob and turn it to ignite. Adjust the flame as needed.
  3. When finished, turn the knob fully to Off and check that the flame is out.

Never leave a lit burner unattended. Keep towels and other flammable items away from the cooktop.

How to use

  1. Press Bake, set the desired temperature, then press Start.
  2. Allow the oven to preheat before placing food inside.
  3. When finished, press Cancel/Off and use oven mitts to remove hot cookware.

The oven door and interior become very hot. Keep children away and do not leave cooking unattended.

How to use

  1. Place bread in the slots you want to use.
  2. Set the browning level for each side. Select Bagel, Frozen or Gluten Free if needed.
  3. Press the center Power button to start. Press Cancel to stop early.

Never insert metal utensils. Unplug before removing stuck bread.

How to use

  1. Fill the water reservoir and add ground coffee to the filter.
  2. Set the clock or program a brew time if desired.
  3. Press ON/OFF and wait for brewing to finish before serving.

Coffee and steam are hot. Keep the lid closed during brewing.

How to use

  1. Place the inner pot and add ingredients.
  2. Choose Slow Cook, Steam, Rice, or another suitable mode.
  3. Set the time or temperature, then press Power.

Hot steam and the inner pot can burn. Open the lid carefully.

How to use

  1. Arrange food in the basket without overfilling it.
  2. Select a mode and adjust the time and temperature.
  3. Press Start/Pause. Shake or turn food as needed.

The basket and food get hot. Use the handle and a heat-safe surface.

🫖Electric kettle

How to use

  1. Fill the kettle with fresh water, staying between the minimum and maximum marks.
  2. Close the lid and place the kettle on its base.
  3. Use the controls to select a temperature, then press Power and wait for the water to heat.
  4. Lift the kettle by its handle and pour carefully.

Hot water and steam can cause burns. Keep the base dry and never immerse it in water.

Outdoor Cooking

Quick instructions for the Nexgrill 5-burner propane grill.

How to use

  1. Use outdoors only and open the lid before lighting.
  2. Make sure every burner knob is Off, then open the propane tank valve slowly.
  3. Push and turn one main burner knob to Ignite/High. Light additional burners as needed.
  4. Preheat before adding food. Never leave the grill unattended.
  5. When finished, turn every burner knob Off, then close the propane tank valve.

If it does not light, turn everything Off, wait 5 minutes and try again. Keep children away.

The orange life ring is located directly below the Pool Rules sign.

Emergency Use

  1. Call 911 and alert others.
  2. Hold the end of the rope and throw the ring beyond the person.
  3. Pull the person steadily toward the pool edge.

For emergency use only. Return it to its place after use.
